Hi,
My question is, in this case, can you use "venir" when speaking of a third person or is that reserved only if you are referring to yourself. This is because, in Spanish, "venir" is limited to action from the speaker's perspective whereas the English "come" has no such restriction.
Por ejemplo, si quisiera referir a mi mismo, a la mejor dijera que..."Estoy listo para lo que venga". Al contrario, si estuviera hablando de otra persona o, en este ejemplo con otra persona, sería libre de decirle...
"Juan, parece que estás listo para lo que...
venga?
